Every layout comes as a layered PSD and a print-ready PNG at 300 dpi, and the GIF overlay also as GIF, MOV with transparency and MP4. The names, the event line and the date are live type in the PSD. Fonts are included, all under the SIL Open Font License.
The year is in the art
In these sets 2027 is built into the design, not typed into a box on top of it. That makes the pack dated on purpose: it is made for the 2027 countdown, and a 2028 pack would be a new design. If your party is a different year, look at the Milestone Birthdays sets, where the number swaps.
