Kept Sets

Questions

Short answers about the sets, the files, the license and buying. If yours isn't here, email info@cuttyhunkbranding.com.

What is a Kept Sets set?
A set is one design made for every shape a photo booth prints or shows: 2x6 strips with one, three or four photos, a 4x6 and a 5x7 print, a magazine cover, an animated GIF overlay and, in the Milestone sets, welcome, share, thank-you and capture screens. You get each one as a layered PSD and a print-ready PNG.
Which booth software do the files work with?
The PNGs are transparent overlays made at the sizes dslrBooth, LumaBooth, Darkroom, Snappic, Breeze and Salsa ask for, and the download has a three-step guide for each of those apps. The full list, with what we have tested so far, is on the How it works page.
Do I need Photoshop?
Only to change the names, the date or the number. The PNGs are finished and load straight into your booth app. The PSDs keep the names and date as live type, so with Photoshop you double-click, type, and export.
Can I change the age on a birthday set?
Yes. Every Milestone set ships with a number kit, the digits 0 to 9 in that set's finish. In the PSD, right-click a digit layer, choose Replace Contents and pick the new digit.
How much is a set, and how much is a pack?
One set is $19 with the operator license, or $9 for a single event. A pack of five matched sets for one occasion is $49.99, about ten dollars a set.
Can I use a set for my clients' events?
Yes. The operator license covers every event your business runs, and you can personalize the set for each client. You can't resell, share or list the files themselves.
What do I get after I pay?
A download link by email with a ZIP for each set: the PSDs, the PNGs, the GIF overlay as GIF, MOV with transparency and MP4, the fonts with their licenses, a start-here guide and the quick guides for your booth app.
Are the fonts included?
Yes. Every font in every set is under the SIL Open Font License, and the files and license texts are in the download, so you can install them on any machine you run.
Who are the people in the preview photos?
Stock models from Pexels, used under the Pexels license. Your files ship with plain placeholder windows. Your booth app drops your guests' photos in.
What sizes are the files?
Prints are 300 dpi: 600 x 1800 px for 2x6 strips, 1800 x 1200 for the 4x6, 2100 x 1500 for the 5x7 and 1200 x 1800 for the magazine cover. The GIF overlay is 1080 x 1920 and the screens are 1920 x 1080.
Can I get a refund?
These are digital files, so no returns once downloaded, but if a file doesn't work as described we fix it or replace it, and refund if we can't. Write to info@cuttyhunkbranding.com with your order number. We answer within 2 business days.
Who makes Kept Sets?
